It pours to a medium consistency and dark chocolate milk color. The feel in my mouth is thick and creamy. The flavor is creamy chocolate transitioning to a Tootsie Roll chocolate taste as the cream fades followed by a sharp alcohol finish. While the specific alcohol used is not revealed the feel is grain alcohol. This seems a little stronger than 15% alcohol. Served over ice the chocolate fades, and the cream thins, but the alcohol sting remains.
