The molasses is fermented with a proprietary yeast designed specifically for rum, and nutrients from Australia. The rum is minimally filtered. Six different sources of coconut flavor, including two toasted coconut flavors, and a hint of vanilla are blended with the silver rum base before bottling at 80 proof.
