The brand was founded by Don Buccio who has partnered with actor Mario Lopez, and Champion Boxer Oscar De La Hoya. Don’s journey began in 1999 when he purchased some of the best quality agave plants in Jalisco Mexico. He has spent over 20 years perfecting his vision and creating this premium tequila brand. The agave is estate grown for 8 years on the land Don Buccio acquired 20 years ago in Arandas, located in the Highland region of Jalisco. Once harvested the agave is slow baked in clay ovens, naturally fermented, and double distilled in stainless steel pot stills. The aroma is vanilla, baked pear, roasted agave and steamed artichoke. The sweet vanilla and pear entry builds to a vanilla bean and cantaloupe peak. It fades with roasted herbal agave and juicy melon. The finish is semi-dry with a sprinkle of white pepper, vanilla custard, orange citrus, and agave taste.
