Endless Summer Hard Seltzer is produced by Karl Strauss Brewing Company in San Diego California. Chris Cramer and Matt Rattner two college buddies inspired by a brewpub Chris came upon while backpacking in Australia, with the help of Chris’s cousin Master Brewer Karl M Strauss opened Karl Strauss Brewing Company in downtown San Diego February 1989.
