Review: Quirk Splash of Citrus Mix Pack
Quick Splash of Citrus is one of three mix packs of Hard Seltzer produced by Boulevard Brewing Company in Kansas City Missouri. Berry & Botanical, and Tropical Breeze are the other two mix packs. Boulevard also sells Raspberry Rocket Pop in individual flavor 12 packs. They have been crafting hard seltzer since May 2020 when they released their first three seltzers, Blackberry & Sage, Strawberry, Lemon, & Basil, and Pear Yuzu. Ever since then Boulevard has not been interested in producing the same standard flavors other brands have. Each 12 ounce can weighs in with 4.2% alcohol and 90 calories.
Quirk Pear Yuzu Hard Seltzer: Made with 5% pear juice. The aroma leads with lemon juice and ripe pear. Additional time brings out Mandarin orange. The sweet pear juice entry is joined by grapefruit building to a tart lemon citrus peak. It fades with creamy seltzer and tangerine and finishes with juicy pear, sour lemon, and tart blood orange.

Quirk Watermelon Salt & Lime Hard Seltzer: Made with 2% juice from watermelon juice and lime juice. The aroma leads with watermelon and lime. The sweetened watermelon entry is joined by limeade building to a tart lime juice peak. It fades with creamy seltzer and finishes with juicy watermelon, a pinch of sea salt, and sour lime.

Quirk Hibiscus Lemonade Hard Seltzer: Made with 1% juice from red raspberry juice and lemon juice. It pours to a pink lemonade color. The aroma leads with lemon juice. Floral notes and yeast rolls follow. The floral lemonade entry is joined by raspberry building to a tart pomegranate peak. It fades with foamy seltzer and finishes with tart lemonade and creamy Cran-Raspberry taste.

Quirk Grapefruit Twist Hard Seltzer: Made with 2% juice from grapefruit juice and lemon juice. The aroma leads with whole peeled grapefruit and lime. The sweet lemon entry is joined by unsweetened grapefruit juice building to a juicy blood orange peak. It fades with foamy seltzer, lemon, and orange and finishes with tart grapefruit, tangy orange, and sour lemon and lime.
