Review: Breckenridge Vodka

Breckenridge Vodka is crafted in Breckenridge Colorado at 9600 feet above sea level making it the worlds highest distillery.  They also create whiskey, bitters, and several seasonal whiskeys, rums, and liqueurs.  It is made with a 100% sweet corn base.  After fermenting in a traditional Scotch-style open top fermenter it is distilled five times in a 700 gallon Vendome custom copper combination pot still.  After a coconut shell charcoal filtration, pure ice cold Rocky Mountain snowmelt water is blended before bottling at 80 proof. Review: Dripping Springs Vodka

Dripping Springs vodkaDripping Springs vodka was created by brothers Gary and Kevin Kelleher.  It was introduced in 2007.  It is micro distilled over 20 times in small 50 gallon batches in proprietary handmade copper pot stills with sweet Mid-Western non GMO corn and pure mineral rich artesian spring water.  It is then slow filtered through Swedish activated carbon before bottling at 80 proof.
