Review: Locals Only Vodka
Locals Only Vodka is made from 100% California grapes sourced from the Central Coast and Palomar Mountain Spring water. The spirit is 12 time distilled in small batches through a German built Arnold Holstein copper still for 18 hours, and filtered through charcoal made from coconut shells. Locals Only was launched by Sean Heal, but it is produced by Pacific Coast Spirits. Nicholas Hammond is the Founder and Head Distiller of Pacific Coast Spirits. He opened a 12,000 square foot distillery in a former furniture shop in Oceanside California December 2019. Locals Only Vodka donates 1% of their total revenue towards local environmental charities. Review: Ciroc White Grape
Ciroc White Grape was just launched. It is a Limited Edition release. It joins a year round flavored vodka lineup that now numbers eight. The vodka base is made from a blend of Ugni Blanc and Mauzac Blanc grapes. The juice is made into a wine. The wine is distilled four times in stainless column stills by Master Distiller Jean-Sebastien Robicquet at his 500 year old family owned Maison Villevert Distillery. A fifth distillation follows in a traditional custom copper pot still at Distillation de Chevanceaux in the South of France. Review: Skyy Infusions Grape Vodka
Skyy Infusions Grape Vodka is one of 16 Infusion flavors currently in the Skyy product line. Skyy starts with Midwestern grown wheat that is quadruple distilled in Pekin Illinois. Upon its arrival in San Jose the vodka is blended with water filtered through reverse osmosis. The vodka is then triple filtered through California limestone before it is infused with natural grape flavor. Read more
Review: Hanson of Sonoma Organic Vodka
Hanson of Sonoma Organic vodka was introduced in 2013. It is one of six vodka’s the Hanson family crafts in the heart of wine country, Sonoma California. The other flavors include ginger, cucumber, espresso, boysenberry, and the previously reviewed mandarin. The vodka is small batch distilled with organic Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and French Colombard grapes, and pure Artesian well water using a pot and column still that uses 50 distillation plates. The vodka undergoes a proprietary seven stage filtration before bottling in a signed, numbered, and corked bottle. Read more

360 Grape vodka was introduced September 2010 by the Earth Friendly Distilling Co., a division of McCormick Distilling in Weston Missouri. It was originally called 360 Concord Grape. Grape is one of 12 vodka varieties they make with American grain that is quadruple distilled and filtered five times before it is infused with natural Concord grape flavor. Read more

Three Olives Purple vodka was introduced July 2010 with Lil Kim as their celebrity promoter. It should not be confused with their Grape flavor that was launched in 2001. It is one of 28 flavors Three-O creates with English winter wheat and water from Lake Vyrnmy in Wales. UV Grape vodka is one of 22 flavors The Phillips Distilling Company currently offers Nationwide under the UV label. It is crafted with vodka made with Midwest grown yellow corn and purified water from deep aquifers in Princeton Minnesota. It is distilled four times and then filtered with activated carbon before natural flavors including California grown Concord grapes are added.
