Once mature the rums are blended and filtered through a mix of charcoal made from tropical woods and coconut shells. Natural watermelon flavor is then infused before bottling at 70 proof.The aroma is fresh sliced watermelon with a rum backing. The flavor is over sweet candied watermelon building to an almost sour, rum influenced watermelon peak. It fades with a mild to medium mouth warming followed by a long natural watermelon finish.
