It is made with whiskey distilled in copper pot stills using their own proprietary mash with 80% white corn. Natural apple flavor and real spices from exotic locales are added before bottling at 80 proof.The aroma is smashed apple with cinnamon and a whiskey backing. The sweet whiskey flavor is joined by fresh apple taste with cinnamon arriving at the mid point. The cinnamon flavor intensifies to a red hot candy flavored peak. It fades with heat, that I feel comes more from the cinnamon than the whiskey.
