Cruzan Banana rum was introduced in 2000. It is one of 15 flavored rums Cruzan creates in St. Croix with tropical rain water and high quality molasses using a five column distillation process. After the fusil oils are removed, a step most rum distillers skip, natural banana flavor is added before bottling at 55 proof.
