KIlbrin is triple distilled, and made by blending rich malt whiskey, produced from malted barley, with the finest grain whiskey in Ireland. The whiskey is sourced from unknown distilleries, and no age statement appear on the bottle. The aroma is malted cereal, vanilla, juicy pear, oak, and cinnamon applesauce, with caramel on the backend. The sweet and creamy vanilla and malt entry is joined by pear. It builds to a vanilla pear peak, and fades with malted cereal and mineral. The finish is warm, dry, and peppery, with licorice, bittersweet citrus peel, and an alcohol sting. My first impression of Kilbren Irish whiskey was very positive. Here’s a whiskey with smoothness not derived from oak or barrels. This is derive from a very clear it is seems like a very careful blending of some very fruity light to medium fruit body type flavors it has a great back flavor. Well I think this could be mix well with a variety of things, I think just over the rocks it’s gonna be a delightful sipping experience. Children Irish whiskey is a definite must have on my liquor shelf.
