Mullins appears to be an Irish cream liqueur sold exclusively at Walmart. It is made with aged Irish whiskey, grain spirits, and fresh dairy cream. Natural flavors and caramel color are blended before bottling at 34 proof.
It pours to a chocolate milk color. The aroma is butterscotch candy, Mexican chocolate, and vanilla cream, with a subtle whiskey backing. The sweet hard butterscotch candy entry has a soft creamy mouth feel. The butterscotch flavor sweetens as it warms in my mouth. At the midpoint cream flavor and milk chocolate becomes more present.
