Review: Red White & Boom Hard Seltzer
Red White & Boom is a bomb pop flavored hard seltzer crafted by Odd Side in Grand Haven Michigan. The brewery was founded by Chris Michner who started brewing beer inside the former Story & Clark Piano Factory in 2010. He launched Odd Side Hard Seltzer in 2020 and since then they have created 47 different hard seltzers. Most are sold in single flavor six packs although they have started to release some in multi flavor 12 packs. Each flavor or Odd Side is made from an alcohol base made from dextrose with natural flavors added. Each can of Red White & Boom weighs in with 110 calories with 5% alcohol 0 sugar and 0 carbs. The aroma leads with raspberry, burnt cherry, and sour dough. The sweet raspberry entry is joined by cherry building to a malty cherry lime peak. It fades with sour cherry, and lime and finishes with tangy lime, sour dough, tart raspberry and burnt carbon seltzer.
