The aroma is subtle with ethanol, lemon, and anise present. Additional time in the glass brings out cinnamon and potato peel notes. The sweet lemon yogurt entry is joined by cinnamon building to a spicy cinnamon lemon yogurt peak. It fades with cinnamon, lemon, and peppered mashed potato. The finish is warm, dry, and peppery, leaving lemon peel, cinnamon, and anise taste.
