It is then distilled four times and filtered with active carbon before natural peach flavor is added.In the bottle the aroma is peach Jell-O. Poured to a pale yellow color I pick up scents of vodka. The flavor is peach skin not peach flesh. I would describe the taste as more bitter than tart. This is followed by vodka, heat, and a very dry finish. I would recommend saving this peach flavored vodka for mixing. Chilled and straight, not so much
