Review: 4 Copas Tequila Blanco
4 Copas Tequila Blanco was founded by Hector Galindo Miranda. His family had been producing bulk tequila for other brand owners. Hector decided to make his own. In 1997 4 Copas was named the first certified organic tequila. 4 Copas translates to 4 cups. It is made with 100% organic weber blue agave. The agave is slow cooked in brick ovens and the extracted juice is fermented with natural organic yeast. A proprietary purification process follows before each hand blown glass bottle is filled.
