Review: Narrow Road Vodka
Narrow Road Vodka was released with the opening of Elevation 5003 Distillery in Fort Collins Colorado February 2016. CEO and Distiller Loren Matthews currently also crafts Timber Ridge Gin, 5003 Straight Rye, 5003 Straight Bourbon, Lunarshine Corn Whiskey, Falernum Liqueur, and Franklin Coffee Liqueur at her distillery. Elevation 5003 is named for the altitude the distillery is built at. Narrow Road Vodka is made from single malt barley and fresh Colorado Mountain spring water. The barley is cooked, fermented, distilled, proofed, filtered, and bottled onsite. Narrow Road is small batch triple distilled and triple filtered. Read more
