Declans Irish Cream Wine Cocktail is made with grape wine, cream, natural flavors, and caramel color. It is bottled by Brookstone Distilling Company in Lewiston Maine. To use the Irish Cream name the cream must come from Ireland. True Irish Cream is also made with Irish Whiskey. In Ireland, Irish Country Cream is the designation given Irish Creams made with wine. It is not quite clear as to what part, if any of Declans Irish Cream Wine Cocktail is actually sourced from Ireland. Read more

Whisper Creek Peanut Butter Chocolate Cream Liqueur is produced at Pennington Distilling CO. in Nashville Tennessee. It is made from premium aged charcoal mellowed Tennessee Whiskey made at Speakeasy Spirits. Fresh dairy cream and natural flavors are blended before filling their old-time milk jug with the 40 proof spirit. Whisper Creek is made from a 100% whiskey base. Most Irish Cream liqueurs supplement their Irish Whiskey base with neutral grain spirits. Jenny and Jeff Pennington launched their Original Whisper Creek Tennessee Sipping Cream in 2012 and have since added Whisper Creek Mocha Cream, and Whisper Creek Pumpkin Spice Cream. Read more
Review: Sunora Cream De Bacanora Mocha
Sunora Cream De Bacanora Mocha is one of two cream liqueurs made from pure bacanora by NLV Tequila Bottling in North Las Vegas. The other is the previously reviewed Sunora Cream De Bacanora Pineapple Colada. For years locals have blended pure bacanora with rich dairy cream and deep dark mocha to produce a decadent cream liqueur drink. Bacanora is a cousin of tequila. It is made from the Agave Pacifica plant grown exclusively in the Sonora Mexico region. Once harvested and trimmed the agave are fire roasted in stone pits lined with mesquite wood and charcoal. The pinas are crushed using large stone wheels. The juice is fermented, triple distilled, and cold filtered. It is blended with dairy cream and mocha coffee flavor and bottled at 30 proof. Read more

omruS Chai Cream Liqueur (also known as The Original Indian Cream Liqueur outside the US) was introduced September 2014. SomruS means Nectar of Gods in ancient Sanskrit. The inspiration for SomruS came on a return flight from India when Pankaj Garg wanted an alcoholic drink to follow his India inspired dinner. He ordered a Baileys and while it was good it just didn’t mesh with his spicy meal. He wondered why there wasn’t a cream liqueur that utilized the rich flavors from India. He spoke with his wife and together they formed SomPriya. Somrus Original Indian Cream Liqueur was their first creation. They have since added SomruS Mango Cream Liqueur ( also known as The Original Mango Cream Liqueur outside the US). SomruS Chai is made from a Caribbean rum base with all natural ingredients including cardamom, saffron, turmeric, almonds, pistachio, rose, and pure dairy cream. It is sold in a beautifully designed Indian themed gold bottle, and weighs in at 27 proof. Read more

Kirkland Eggnog Liqueur is produced by Levecke Corporation in Mira Loma California for Costco. It is made with real dairy cream, whiskey, spiced rum, brandy, and French vanilla. It is sold exclusively at Costco in 1.75 L plastic bottles, and priced at a $9.99. Levecke is a private label distillery that produces dozens of spirits including the previously reviewed Trader Joes Eggnog Liqueur. Read more
Review: Trader Joes Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
Trader Joes Pumpkin Spice Liqueur is now available for a limited time at your local Trader Joes. It is produced and bottled by Universal Brands in Princeton Minnesota. Pumpkin has become an iconic seasonal flavor in spite of the fact that pumpkin spice provides most of the flavor and aroma. Unless you are eating pumpkin pie or a pumpkin product that includes the statement “made with real pumpkin” don’t expect there to be any actual pumpkin in it. Trader Joes Pumpkin Spice Liqueur does not include an ingredient list but I’m guessing it is made with fresh dairy cream, neutral spirits, natural flavors, and caramel color. Also not included on the bottles label is a message to refrigerate after opening, but lets be honest if this tastes as good as it sounds do you really think there will be any left after Thanksgiving. Baileys Strawberries and Cream is a seasonal Limited Edison liqueur that will be available February-April or until supply lasts. I was lucky enough to get my hands on a bottle a little early. This is their second seasonal flavor following Baileys Pumpkin Spice. While no ingredients are listed on the bottle, Baileys Original Irish Cream is made with aged Irish whiskey, grain spirits, fresh dairy cream, and a unique chocolate blend. This bottle reads Baileys Strawberries and Cream is infused with a delightful ripe strawberry flavor and the taste of delicious vanilla. Read more
Review: Els Iced Coffee
Els Iced Coffee was recently released. It is one of three Els Iced spirits recently released. The other flavors include Els Iced Chocolate, and Els Iced Chocolate Mint. Els Iced Coffee is named for Golfer Ernie Els, who Founder Cayce Kerr first met on the golf range at Royal Birkdale in 1989. They have been friends every since. While Cayce is a caddie by trade, it was not until the Spring of 2016 that he became Ernie Els caddie. Els Iced Coffee is made with orange wine, fresh cream from a dairy in Wisconsin, a blend of natural coffee flavors, and caramel color. Read more

St Patricks Irish Cram Liqueur is produced by The Galloway Company of Neenah Wisconsin. Galloway has been supplying an American made cream liqueur base for over ten years. Their customer base includes companies blending this base with bourbon, rum, vodka, and wine. RumChata is one of their customers. St Patricks Irish Cream is contract produced at the Minhas Distillery in Monroe Wisconsin. It is made with Irish Whisky, real Wisconsin dairy cream, and natural flavors. Read more
