Review: Adelaides Dreamsicle
Adelaides Dreamsicle is a cream liqueur made from Orange wine, natural flavors, and real dairy cream. This is one of three new liqueurs recently released by Carr Spirits. What is orange wine? There are actually two types of orange wine. One is made from white wine grapes that are left to macerate with their skins on. This wine originated in the Republic of Georgia and about five years ago some wineries in the US started making it here. The orange wine used in crafting Adelaides Dreamsicle is made from the other orange wine, which is made from fruit. These orange wines are commonly used in RTD brands including Tekeen and BeatBox. Like the previously reviewed, and home kitchen created Adelaides Coconut, and Adelaides Caramel Mocha Mojo, Adelaides Dreamsicle is made from genuine ingredients with no artificial flavors added. Review: Adelaides Caramel Mocha Mojo Liqueur
Adelaides Caramel Mocha Liqueur is one of three liqueurs recently released by Carr Spirits. A fourth, a Dragonfruit Cream liqueur is hinted at on their website. With 30 years of Senior Management experience with companies including The E&J Gallo Winery, The Paddington Corporation, IDV/Diageo, Luxco, Margaritaville, and Sazerac, Tom Carr is the CEO behind this brand. The entire Adelaides line is made with genuine ingredients with no artificial flavors added. Adelaides Caramel Mocha Mojo was crafted in Tom Carr’s family kitchen by blending different flavors provided by Friesland Campina Creamy Creations in Holland. Their Caramel Mocha Mojo is made with neutral grain spirits, real dairy cream and it is bottled by St. Petersburg Distillery. Read more
Review: Ke Ke Key Lime Pie Cream Liqueur
Ke Ke Key Lime Pie Cream Liqueur was introduced several years ago and was called Ke Ke Beach Key Lime Liqueur at launch. At that time it was produced at 30 proof and came in a white bottle. The name has changed, and the packaging has changed. It is bottled in Weston Missouri at the McCormick Distillery. This is the sale distillery that produces 360 Vodka. No ingredient list or product information is available on their website or bottle. I’m a big fan of key lime pie and I would have liked to see an ingredient list that included fresh dairy cream, and key lime juice. If those were the actual ingredients in Ke Ke, I think they would have been listed. Read more
Review: Evangelines Pralines and Cream Liqueur
Evangelines Pralines and Cream Liqueur is Sazerac Co. take on a very southern treat. They also produce a Praline Liqueur. I don’t think this product is brand new but almost no information is available. Pecans have become increasingly popular in flavored spirits, including several whiskeys and a couple of vodkas. While there have also been a couple of pecan pie flavored spirits, Evangelines Praline Pecan Liqueur is the only other praline flavored spirit I’m aware of. Read more

Review: Grannys Gingerbread Cream Liqueur
Grannys Gingerbread Cream Liqueur was just released. It is produced and bottled by Sazerac in Louisville Kentucky. Grannys is made with neutral grain spirits, heavy creams sourced from Vermont dairies, and natural flavors including vanilla. Fresh baked gingerbread cake served with a dollop of fresh whipped cream is one of my favorite holiday treats. If Granny Gingerbread Cream Liqueur comes close to this flavor expression, I will be very happy. Read more
Review: Jackson Morgan Banana Pudding Southern Cream Liqueur
Jackson Morgan Banana Pudding Southern Cream Liqueur was just released. This is their seventh whiskey cream flavored liqueur. If you have tasted any of their other six Southern Creams, including Peaches and Cream, Peppermint Mocha, Salted Caramel, Brown Sugar and Cinnamon, Whipped Orange Cream, or Southern Bread Pudding, you are no doubt as excited as I am to try their newest offering. Jackson Morgan Banana Pudding is crafted with the finest Tennessee Whiskey, and grain neutral spirits. Natural fruit and spiced flavors are then infused before it is blended with real dairy cream. Review: O’Connery’s Irish Cream Liqueur
O’Connery’s Irish Cream Liqueur was just released by Sazerac. It is produced by First Ireland Spirits in Abbeyleix, County Laois, Ireland. This is the same company that crafts the previously reviewed Feeney’s, O’Mara’s, Delaney’s, and McCormick’s Irish Cream Liqueurs. Sazerac already has several Irish Cream Liqueurs in their product portfolio including Feeney’s. They also have two Irish Style Irish Cream Liqueurs, Ryan’s and Blarney. Irish Style means the cream is not from Ireland. O’Connery’s Irish Cream is a true Irish Cream, but little product information is available at this time. Read more

Review: Rogue Cow Peaches and Cream Liqueur
Rogue Cow Peaches and Cream Liqueur is made with whiskey and smooth real cream. By my count this is the second peach whiskey cream liqueur on the market. Jackson Morgan Peaches and Cream Southern Cream Liqueur was the first. Rogue Cow is created and packaged by private label bottler Lavecke in Mira Loma California. Very little product information is available on the bottle and I have not found a website for Rogue Cow. I picked up a bottle at a Kroger Grocery Store where they also sold Rogue Cow Cookies and Cream Liqueur. Read more
