Review: Square One Cucumber Vodka
Square One Cucumber vodka was introduced in 2008. It is one of four cucumber flavored vodka’s that mysteriously arrived that year. The others include Crop, Pearl, and Rain. Since than others have followed including Effen, and Pinnacle. Cucumber, is one of four varieties of vodka they create in Rigby Idaho. The other flavors include Basil, Botanical, and their original unflavored. It is made with organic rye grown in North Dakota, and pristine water from the Teton Mountains of Wyoming. Pearl Cherry vodka is one of 18 flavors St. Louis based Luxco creates under the Pearl label. Pearl crafts their vodka in small batches using pure water from Canadian Rocky Mountain streams, and soft Canadian winter wheat. Absolut Mango vodka was introduced in the US market March 2009. It had already been successfully launched in South America. They had previously released Absolut New Orleans a mango with black pepper flavored vodka which was their first city themed vodka flavor August 2007. They start with Swedish Winter Wheat sourced from 450 local farms and pure deep well water from naturally filtered aquifers in Ahus Sweden. Sobieski Raspberry vodka was introduced October 2010 along with their Karamel, and Orange flavors. It is one of twelve vodka flavors made in Stargard Odanski Poland by Sobieski for the US market. If the brand name sounds familiar it might be their commercials with Bruce Willis. Sobieski starts with Dankowski Rys and crystalline water from Oligocene Springs. Stoli Razberi vodka was the worlds first raspberry flavored vodka when it was introduced in 1996. It is currently Stoli’s best selling flavored vodka, and one of the worlds top selling flavored vodka’s. It is one of 17 vodka flavors currently created by Stoli in Latvia with wheat and pure Artisian well water. Review: Grey Goose L’Orange Vodka
Grey Goose L’Orange vodka was introduced in 2000. It was the first flavored vodka they created. They now craft five flavors to complement their original. It is made in France with Ble Panifiable Superieur wheat grown in the Picardy region of France, and pristine spring water that has been naturally filtered through Champaign limestone from the Cognac region of France. It is distilled using a five column distillation process. Spring water filtered through double reverse osmosis is blended with the vodka before it is filtered through cellulose and carbon. Florida grown oranges are delivered to a French parfumerie where the flavors and aromas are extracted. These essential oils are then blended with their original vodka.
