Flecha Azul Reposado is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown for 8 years and hand selected . Once trimmed the pinas are slow cooked in traditional masonry ovens. Once cooled the juice is extracted and fermented for 72 hours in an open air steel tank and then double distilled.
