Sercy Spiked & Sparkling was launched the spring of 2019 after one year of development from their Eastern Carolina headquarter in a revitalized old warehouse. Sercy is a southern word for an unexpected gift. Sercy is made by Mother Earth Brewing in Kingston North Carolina. Mother Earth Brewing was founded the summer of 2008 by Stephen Hill and Trent Mooring. Trent is married to Stephen’s daughter Caroline. Mother Earth Brewing produces several beers including Alpenglow Hazy IPA, Vanishing Tides Lager, Endless River Kolsch, Weeping Willow Wit, and Long Weekend IPA. Sercy is USDA Certified Organic. The alcohol base is made from organic cane sugar sourced from a fair-trade certified company and organic fruit flavors.
