Review: Severo Tequila Plata
Severo Tequila Plata was released May 2021 by Hotaling & Co. Hotaling imports dozens of spirits including two other tequila brands, Chinaco and Fiero tequila. To say Hotaling has a complete spirit line might be an understatement as they also import Scotch, Irish Whiskey, Mezcal, Gin, Vodka, Pisco, Cachaca, Rum, Calvados, Cognac, and Liqueur. Severo is made from 100% agave grown in the Lowland region at Casa Don Roberto. Once distilled the spirit rests for 6 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Read more
