Quick question, where is Untitled Art Florida Seltzer made? If you guessed Octopi Brewing Company in Waunakee Wisconsin, you are correct. Octopi is a contract beverage facility. The Untitled Art brand is owned by Levi Funk, the owner of Funk Factory Geuzeria and Isaac Showaki of Octopi. They created Untitled Art to craft experimental craft beers. The Untitled Art brands now consists of beer, Florida Seltzer, CBD Sparkling water, wine spritz, Worksmart Adaptogenic Sparkling Water, non alcohol beer, and Pixie Mix, a Kool-Aid inspired hard seltzer. Florida Seltzer is made from purified water, a sugar alcohol base and natural flavors. Eight of the nine current flavors also include passionfruit concentrate. Additional fruit flavors are added in creating each specific flavor. The Florida Seltzer brand was launched April 2020 with the release of Prickly Pear Guava. Pineapple Mango and Strawberry Kiwi followed in July. They currently offer 9 flavors. Four of these flavors are now offered in a 12 can variety pack.
